The desire to create a collector's room is expressed through an addition to the single-story garage and garden area of the historic property at 16 Kleine Looiersstraat, a former warehouse built in 1876.
The garden side is an extension of the garden room designed by Jo Coenen, while the façade on the street side references the bay windows found in metropolitan houses in Paris, Zurich, and Maastricht.
